From Geoffrey and Catherine, Prince and Princess of the Mists
Greetings to our fair Mistlands. We would like to thank everyone
who made Our Investiture so memorable. Know all that it was a
day that We shall never forget. Special thanks to Our autocrat,
Rhys Gethin, and head cook, Euriol of Lothian. Thank you also
to Our head of court, Crystal of Westermark, and all of the rest
of the court, guard, & others who helped make the day run
smoothly. Thank you also to Her Highness' Champion and all who
fought to honour Her.
The Mists have done well under the leadership of Our predecessors,
Dmitriy and Jimena, and there has been a bountiful harvest. Now,
as the days grow shorter and the nights longer, pavilions are
carefully stored and preparations are made for winter. As hearths
are stoked and all seek shelter indoors against the harsh winter
winds, why not take the time to learn a new craft? Like blossoms
in spring, arts and sciences add life to our society. We know
there is great talent in Our Principality. How wonderful it will
be to see all of the new creations of the populace when tourney
season is once again upon us. This will please Us greatly.
