We are making a little experiment this year. There will be no competitions! But we are not forgetting the Arts and Sciences.
At every event we will have two displays, a Theme Display on a particular topic and an Open Display, for you to show off things you've finished or are working on. No documentation is required to enter any display. We would love to learn more about your project, however, if you feel inclined to include information.
Second, we are looking for people to teach a one-hour class at each event on the theme topic. Please contact us if you are willing.
Third, we'll have consultants at each event to answer your questions on research and documentation, finished or incomplete.
Fourth, if you want a class in your branch, but aren't sure who can teach it, please contact us and we can often put you in touch with people who know the topic. Also, if you would like us to attend a branch meeting, let us know and we'll be happy to visit.
Finally, the new A&S Pavilion will have its christening at Spring Coronet, thanks in large part to your generous donations. Besides hosting the display of items made by entrants in the Lists and the A&S displays, we will be having a little party! We invite everyone to drop for some light food.
